[Elecraft] Cw in the military

Funnily enough, I am involved in a similar thread in another ng.  All I 
can say is it would not have been the RN as visual signalling by Morse 
code is an everyday occurrence.  As far as I am aware, it is the same in 
the USN. Which Navy are you referring to :-)
