[Elecraft] setting filters

Got the elmer over today, and we fired up spectrogram and set the opt1 filter.

We set the cw filters as well.  Had to have help putting on the freq
counter cable.  Never would have found those connectors.

I am now confident that I can set the cw filters any time I need to.

Now back to operating.  

Wayne and Eric, what a great radio, and what a great company.

Now working with Don Wilhelm on a way to set the ssb filters by ear.
Think we'll get it done.
