[Elecraft] PLL Ref Osc Range Test

Update on my efforts with the PLL Oscillator: Essentially,
no joy.  Still only a litttle over 6 kHz.  I fiddled around
with options to adjust the BFO range, which was not really
my the problem, and not surprisingly this had no effect on
the PLL range.  I tried changing the value of R19, with no
change in PLL range.  My guess is that maybe L31 didn't like
being removed and reinstalled, or the new X1 crystal is at
fault (which I have tried both grounded and ungrounded).
Anyone else have similar experiences?  Better yet, any ideas
for a solution?
