[Elecraft] PLL Ref Osc Range Test

I just completed the A to B mods for K 2 #2636.  I had
previously installed the new firmware.  Everything seems
great with all the mods except for the PLL range.  With the
original toroidal L33, the range was 15.68 kHz.  Now, it's
6.13 kHz.  (Should be between 9.3 and 13)  C174 is still
82pF as originally supplied with the K2.  For what it's
worth, the BFO range came out fine: 4.28 kHz.    I see
suggestions for adjusting the BFO range, but not much about
the PLL.  Time adjust turns on L33?  I ran CAL PLL just for
the heck of it.  No change.
