Decided to finish and tune up K1/1272 for the QSO party, The KAT1 tunes 
a 40M Hamstick with 4 33' radials to an SWR indicated of 9.9.

I went through the L0-4, C0-5 test, with a dummy load. Everything tunes 
9.9, except C1: 8.5, C2: 5.0, C3: 1.9, everything else r9.9 (40M, 30M, 
20M and the balance for 15M).

I checked over the KAT1 and all looks OK, all the relays click, the 
toroids are correctly wound, plugs in the right place.

I stumped. :(
