Just what are you looking for? If you want a display that shows the 
frequencies for VFOA and VFOB, then that would be possible. However, 
if you are looking for two separate receivers in the radio, then you 
would need to add a complete new RX circuit with VFO/synthesizer.

Realize that there is really only one VFO / synthesizer, which is 
switched from one frequency to the other under processor control. 
Thus both "VFOs" are not simultaneously active. Even when you go from 
receive to transmit in split mode, the MCU has to do this work to 
change the frequency. It does it nice and quick, no?

What this does mean is that you don't want to hold your breath 
waiting for a dual-receive option for the K2, where you could get 
RX-A (with VFO-A) into your left ear and RX-B (VFO-B) into your right 
ear using stereo headphones. The best (and easiest) way to do this 
right now is to get a second K2...

Besides, at the moment Eric and Wayne are awfully busy being 
mysterious about what they are really up to...  ;-)
