Hello gang, I have been progressing nicely with K2 #3232.  All my tests and
resistance checks have been fine, but (there always is a but) now I'm having
problems with my Part II test.

I can't seem to get the voltage at R30 to go up to 6v as I turn the slug in
L30.  I seem to get 3.5V max.  I check R72 and the tuning slug value and
these are okay.  I quadruple checked T5 before installing it and checked
again after installing and still one more time after not getting the correct
voltage reading and I'm sure I have the correct number of turns, in both
primary and secondary winds.  Also, I have used about 80-90% of the yellow
core during winding.  What am I missing and how should I fix it? Any help
would be appreciated!
