[Elecraft] filter and sidetone setting without the display

Just received k2 #1982 back from upgrade.  

However, since I have new firmware, filter settings and sidetone settings
are not what they were.  No blame intended to the upgrader; service was
greath there.  

Now, I'm in a bind.  I am totally blind, so can't use the display.  Also,
we are snowed in, so can't get the elmer over.

1. Is there a way to set the filters up using the kio2 interface, knowing
what I would like them to be?
I have some skill with computers, so the command set doesn't scare me.
2. same question regarding sidetone level and pitch?

I know this will be taken care of when hthe auxbox comes out, but
unfortunately, I need to set things up now.

I have determined that the bandwidth for the cw filters is about right, but
their center freq is at around 1100 to 1200 hz, determined from this old ex
piano tuner's ear.

I'll take whatever I can get, whether it be a real k2 control prog, or just
creating a text file of the appropriate commands, and sending them using
windows hyperterm or some other such.
