The capacitor marked 820 should be the 82 pf - the last digit is the
multiplier value.
Now, unless someone changed how capacitors are marked while I wasn't
looking, I don't see how 2.7c could be interpreted as 270pf - I would expect
270pf to be marked as 271.  A far fetched guess the 'c' could be an
indicator for a multiplier of 100, but I have never encountered that style
of marking in my 47+ years of working with electronic parts - gosh it really
has been that long!!!

Capacitors in parts bag are not what was expected, but I have found two
candidates.  Wanted to verify with the "gurus".

C71 82pF;  small yellow drop with 820 printed on it, short leads.

C72 270pF:  tiny blue capacitor with 2.7c printed on it.

Please confirm
