[Elecraft] Elecraft, one of a kind company

It may be preaching to the choir, but I have to agree with Harvey.  I can't 
say that I've ever received any Elecraft part with a cosmetic defect, but 
every time I request a part that I've lost or messed up, Elecraft comes up 
with a replacement free of charge.  My K2 with all options, KPA100, and 
KAT100 arrived with everything included.  Any problems with parts were solely 
attributable to my bungling.  I finally got so ashamed of the situation that 
I sent $10 to Aptos to at least partially cover the time and postage involved 
in covering for my mistakes.  Elecraft grudgingly accepted my offering.  I 
can't imagine any other company in any line of business doing such a thing.  
In this time of businesses working overtime to distance themselves from their 
customers, Elecraft stands about as tall as they come, IMHO.
