[Elecraft] option headers

Is there any simple way to remove an option (e.g.
KAF2) and still keep the k2 working?  I'm doing the
a->b mods and needed the radio for the WPX over the
weekend.  I tried to half rebuid the rig, but jumpers
have been removed to fit the options.  Is there any
way of fitting dummy headers to allow me to use the k2
without an option plugged in?
