[Elecraft] KPA100: PA KEY OUT & Bouncing Relays

Serveral times I hooked up a TL-922 PA behind the KPA100. The PA KEY OUT is
directly connected the TL-922 and the cable is about 50cm long. From time to
time I hear the TL-922-relais bouncing when I go from TX to RX. At the same
time the RX seems to get HF back from the PA and the S-meter is at 9+40
until the AGC recovers.

Do other people see the same?
I was surprised to see no Anti-Diode parallel to the IRF830 (Q9).

I also checked how Ten-Tec does it. I have an Omni VI+ and experiece no
issue at all.
The Omni VI+ schematic shows an extra relay and that's why I see no issues
there. Furthermore they have a 10nF to GND and 10R + 150nF to GND.

Might Anti-Diode and C to GND help or shall I even use a small relais?
BTW: I will never use QSK with the TL-922. The relais are to noisy.
