[Elecraft] Is this Cap OK to Use?

Unfortunately as I was almost finished with the front panel board
assembly my luck sort of ran out.  Since I do have the SSB adaptor, I
was directed to go to the SSB parts package and perform several steps of
the SSB assembly instructions to put a few components on the front panel
board which were not part of the "straight" front panel board kit.

 

Among the things to be installed were five 01uf caps.  Unfortunately, a
thorough search of the SSB parts bag produced only four of the little
buggers.  This has been the first parts shortage I have encountered.

 

A trip to Radio Shack yielded some .01uf polyester film caps with a 50
wvdc rating.  Radio Shack, at least around here, seems to be getting out
of the parts business.  I guess they need more room for cell phones,
radio controlled toy cars and satellite TV dishes.

 

Is it OK to use one of these in substitution for the missing brown
monolithic cap?  Or will the completed radio blow up or only receive and
transmit on the CB band?
