[Elecraft] More on Tom Hammond, N0SS

Below is a summary of a note I just received from Tim Raymer, a close friend of
Tom's. Things are looking up.

I hear Tom used a keyer to communicate from his bed while he was unable to
speak!

Tom was transferred to the MU Medical Center Sunday evening.... While he is
better, and we finally have cause for a bit of cautious optimism, he is still in
Surgical ICU.  Mac, K4CHS, has been checking on him, and he reports he is doing well.
