[Elecraft] Popping Noise on tr-off?

After doing the Rev. B mods to K2 #166, I have begun to hear a popping 
noise during keying, mainly on 10 and 15m, slightly audible on 20 and maybe 
even detectable when in test mode and not transmitting. It happens regardless 
of power level, QRP or with KPA100. If I increase the t-r delay substantially, 
the noise is only at end of transmission, so I think it is (related to) 
the t-r line switching off. Has anyone else had this problem? How have 
you cured it?
