[Elecraft] Spinner Attachments for K2/K1

Let me add that I am a satisfied customer of Bob's. His little attachments
provide a nice, professional looking spinner dimple, particularly on the K2.
I also have them on my K1s, and while the know is too small for spinning
with your finger, I find the dimple just right for when I rest my hand on
top, and tune with my thumb.
