[Elecraft] update on Tom, N0SS

Many of you know Tom Hammond, N0SS, a regular contributor to discussions and
solver of problems on our reflector. I just talked to Tom's wife, Jerry. She
said he's still in the hospital but is stable now. Chances are he'll be on his
feet again as early as next week, after they complete some tests.

Let's all send some positive vibes Tom's way. I'll keep you posted on his progress.
