That's a good point - cutting them out at home. I have a simple paper
cutter. They are cheap (I think mine cost US$15 about 20 years ago!) and
versatile and it's a "once in a liftetime" sort of purchase. 

No need to adjust paper and graphics to make things line up to fit the
perfs. 

Another very easy approach is a pad of newspaper (or a smooth piece of
cardboard) a straight edge and a craft (X-acto type) knife. Both
approaches eliminate the need for the more expensive pre-perfed stuff
and provide and perfectly clean edge when you are done.

I recommend the card stock from Hamstuff. Nice stock with
microperferations. They are easily separated after printing.
