I use 80# double coated legal size stock from ReCompute Paper Products
(www.paper4you.com). They are cheap, and they attend local computer shows
so they are also convenient.
The stuff I use is matte finish. The glossy works a little better for
photos, but their glossy stock seems to have a pretty short shelf life, and
I don't do all that much QSLing. Their coated stock is a lot better than
plain card stock for photos, just not quite as good as the glossy. The
legal size stock allows me to get 4-up from QSLMaker.
