[Elecraft] Alignment procedure question

I have finally completed my A-to-B upgrade.  When I got to the Alignment
portion I was surprised by how things went.  My original adjustments were
done so lone ago that I don't remember what happened back then or how I
measured things.

Rx Align:
    I could not see much effect from the various adjustments.  L8 had some
visible effect on 30 meters but L9's peak was about 2 turns wide.

Tx Align:
    I had to run this at 0.1 watts because I only had a scope to watch the
peaks with.

    Here L9 was a bit more sensitive than L8 but both had an effect.  I had
to adjust L9 about a full turn.
    More important was that C21 and C23 needed a lot of adjustment.  I think
I turned C23 more than 30 degrees!

First question: is this normal?

Second question: now that I have done all this can I go back and recheck 20
meters and run through the full set again without starting back centering
C21 and C23 and doing the Rx stuff?

I ask because I think that I would like to run through all the filters
again.
