[Elecraft] Possible short on RP3??

Hi Tom,
There is a connection in the etch between pins 4 and 5 of RP3, so a
short-circuit reading is normal. That circuit is shown in the upper right
corner of the Control Board schematic. It's part of the filter for the
sidetone.
There are several other pairs of pins on the resistor networks that are
connected, like pins 2 and 3 of RP1.
