[Elecraft] K2 - Installing R1 on Control Board

I had the same question but I finally determined that R1 actually sits about
1/8" above the PC board.  R1's pins are smaller towards their ends.  This is
the part of the pins that protrudes thru the PC boards holes for soldering.
