[Elecraft] K2 + Accessories Operating Documentation

Folks, any suggestions?

I'm trying to put together a paper manual for K2 + accsseories for operation
and maintenance.

The current PDFs seem to have specific operation instructions and
calibration instructions for each accessory type in each manual. For example
CAL tPA is mentioned and explained in the KPA100 manual but not in the core
main manual.

Is there some kind of all-embracing set of instructions in a doc or web site
somewhere that I can print out?
