The response was overwhelming: thank you all! I'll be getting a few more 
antennas... The next step will be to upgrade the coax fed  dipole. As there 
are some experts with EZNEC 3 (?) and other scientific tools, which would be 
the proper wire length for 7.040 Mhz and a 20 m version, assuming a worst 
case of only 2 m hight? *** N7RR's fabulous review of the K1 -vs- KX1 voided 
the assumption that there would have to be "drawbacks" from miniaturization. 
- Wayne & his team did a great job! (Anybody wanting a Sony 7600 radio :-) ? 
The rig will tune to the BBC) ! HNY and may Elecraft come up with a K3 which 
is  l a r g e r than a K2, so that all present and future mods can be easily
