[Elecraft] K2 #3982 first powered tests

I applied power for the first round of testing on the K2, after successfully completing the circuit tests on the Control board, Front panel, and the RF Board. No smoke and readout seqenced properly, but none of the panel buttons or the VFO knob do anything. Off to the trouble shooting section.
