[Elecraft] K1 DDS VFO Retrofit?

Brad,
I've built the NJQRP DDS daughtercard and, other technical issues aside, 
the card draws almost 100ma, which makes its applicability for battery 
powered QRP questionable.  You might want to think about starting over 
with the DDS chip in the KX1, it's much more efficient.
