[Elecraft] KX1 Low T-R Offset

The way I verified that my KX1 offset was approximately 300hz. low was to
transmit it and my K2 into a dummy load at the same frequency, verifying it
with a frequency counter. I have to change the frequency of one of them
about 300hz. before I can hear the K2 at the KX1's selected pitch.
