[Elecraft] No power output from K2 (any band)

Hi, everyone.

My K2 (#3106) has been working fine (RX and TX) since I completed it in 
January 2003, including the KSB2 and KAF2 options.  It worked fine the last 
time I had it on the air, anyway.  I haven't used it nearly as much as I'd 
have hoped this past year, but recently began monitoring the bands again to 
try to brush up my CW copying skills.  I finally decided to try to respond 
to a CQ, and when I hit the TUNE button, the power output wouldn't go 
beyond 0.1 or 0.2 W, on any band, at any setting of the power 
control.  Current consumption only increased a few milliamps from the 
normal 0.026A used when receiving.  I've tried it into a dummy load and 
into an antenna--same results.  No smoke, no weird noises, and no problems 
whatsoever when receiving.

I've done some really basic troubleshooting (checked current limit setting, 
CW oper/test setting, etc.), and I'm about to dig in and start looking at 
voltages and such, but thought I'd thought I'd post this to the list in 
hope that perhaps someone out there has had a similar experience from which 
I could learn something helpful.

Suggestions?
