[Elecraft] Wire gauge for Toroids

There was a short article in QST a number of years ago about this.  An 
expanded version is in the QRP-L archives.  (Sorry, don't remember the 
URL.)

Bottom line:  Using a lab grade Q meter, only a 1% change in inductance 
could be measured changing from #22 to #36 wire on any given toroid 
core.  You'll have more variation than that just rewinding the core 
with the same wire unless you go to pains as he did to make sure the 
windings land in the exact same place.
