The distance between the wires of a folded dipole is not critical at all.
Use whatever distance is convenient for you. Too close and the wires will
tangle together unless they have good mechanical support to prevent that,
and on the other end of the scale, anything up to about 12 inches will work
fine for the HF bands.
If the wires are spaced a large fraction of a wavelength apart, they will no
longer behave as a folded dipole, but will begin to approach the
characteristics of a quad element - which will change the feedpoint
impedance more than doing anything else.

does anyone know of a math to design a folded dipole I know the length is
468/fMHz but what is the distance between the two wires
