[Elecraft] Elecraft Net Report for Dec 28, 2003

Howdy Folks,
   We had fun with some toss and catch today.  I had both Ric, VE3XL and David, 
NE5DL send out CQ ECN and I caught the QNI.  Works for me.  Tom, N0SS as usual 
was his stalwart self in the middle of the country dealing out calls and sending me QNS.  
That also works for me.  The propagation wasn't as bad as it has been but I don't think 
all of my snow was helping me.  We have seven inches on the ground and a bunch still 
coming.  The grouse are holing up in the dog house so the dog doesn't have to go to 
far to flush a few :)  But she mostly stays in the house next to the fire.   Thanks for the 
enjoyable net today guys.  We asked for QTCs but it sounds like you are working on 
them as I write this.  That's good, I want this to be a watering hole of sorts.

Oh, forgot to mention, good catch folks.  I had to move the net down instead of up in 
contradiction with my set procedure.  There was no up to be found but 14049 kHz was 
wide open.  So I took a chance and there you folks were.  Once I had Louis, W6UR on 
board the rest of you were ready on the paddles (keys, bugs, two wires, etc).
