Well I rewound T4. Now when I set the power to 10 watts on 30 meters
tought 10 meters my K2 pulls about 2.5 amps. My K2 stills pulls 5 amps
when the power is set higher that 1 watt on 80 and 40 meters.
Am I winding T4 correctly? Looking at T4 from the front of the case. On
the left I have two ends of the green hookup wire and one loop of the
green hookup wire. On the top on the green wire I have three loops of
white hookup wire. Then on the right side I have the two ends of the
white hookup wire and two loops of the green hookup wire. On the top
of the green hookup I have two loops of the white hookup wire. Finally
I have the two links as close as possible to the bottom of the cores.
Is there any thing in addition I should take a look at?
-I'm new at this.
