As Joe has pointed out to me...
Rev A, page 3, second check box, directs the builder to
perform the resistance checks on the last page.
Rev C, page 2, fifth check box, has the resistance checks
'in line" prior to installing the semiconductor devices!!

So there has been a slight editing oversight in making Rev C
