I know that real men don't read manuals...but we all knew when we bought =
our
K2's that reading the manual was a definite must.
So let's just fess up to the fact that a few have forgotten what they've
read, I've never had a problem with the serial cable scenario, probably
because I've always got the other lead plugged into the KAT100. So if
you're having problems remembering either buy a KAT or make up a dummy =
blank
plug and keep it plugged into the KAT port end of the cable and leave =
the Y
cable always plugged into the K2.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all, see you next year as we're
leaving for Puerto Vallarta and Scuba Diving in a couple of hours. (I =
don't
know how I juggle all these hobbies, travel, ham, Scuba, Photography,
Gardening, Computers ect).
