[Elecraft] LED for key cap

The LED can be found on the Chicago Miniature Lamp website by entering
CMD64B, or directly at http://www.chml.com/assets/databookpdf/1-113.pdf

Unfortunately, it is not a superbright type of LED: 2.5-5 mcd @ 20 mA. A
superbright substitute is needed for the RIT/Split indicator.
