[Elecraft] KIO2 noise update

This is where yet another toroid comes in. Pick up a toroid that fits 
over the cable from the computer to the KIO2. You can get suitable 
ones from Radio Shack that simply clamp over the cable. This should 
reduce your noise problem considerably.
