[Elecraft] R14 on KSB2 Board

For what it's worth, I not only increased R14 to get a bit more audio gain,
but I also decreased C32 from 0.1uf to 0.0056uF, and decreased C31 from
2.2uF to 0.47uF in order to roll off the frequency response below 300 Hz
to prevent driving the compressor and balanced modulator with frequencies
that won't likely make it through the crystal filter anyway.

I also did the KI6WX mods...

I'm very happy with USB transmitted audio (on the lower bands), but LSB
still sounds "hollow".  I heard a K2 on 75-meter SSB last night that
sounded exactly the same.  I think it's due to passband ripple.  Someday
I'll sweep the xmit chain using a direct conversion receiver to sample
the output, and plot the results to see what's really going on.
