[Elecraft] KIO2 noise problem

Hi, Scott.

Do you notice ANY additional receiver/by-product 
noise with the KIO2 installed when the serial 
cable is NOT connected to the computer and/or the 
computer is TURNED OFF?  I'm trying to decide 
whether nor not to install a KIO2 in my K2 and 
would like to know if any and all noise created 
by the KIO2 is related to the K2's connection to 
a computer that turned on.
