[Elecraft] K2 DSP summary

Is there a good summary somewhere of operation for the DSP on the K2.

The manual does not have much detail about the basics of using AFIL / =
XFIL.

At first, I thought you either used XFIL or AFIL. One or the other... =
but this does not seem to be the case.=20

Can someone fill me in? I find the operation confusing !
