Eveready has good data on their cells including lithium. =

Use of the correct terminology is best.
The AA cells we use in the standard KX1 battery holder are Lithiums=20
(nominally 1.5 V or so) and cannot be recharged. I like them for their=20
long life, light weight (maybe 60% of alkalines) and low temperature=20
operation. I use them in my LED headlamp (100 hrs rated) and my GPS=20
receivers -- since I do quite a bit of winter/snow backpacking and=20
dayhihking.
Most if not all of the 3.6 V cells I've seen are Lithium Ion or Lithium=20
Polymer and can be recharged -- carefully -- using a charger designed=20
for them (e.g., Maha C-777Plus or C-777Plus II).
I've not found the latter in an AA configuration, but it would sure be=20
neat if someone knows of such!
Caveat: Though an EE, battteries are not my area of expertise (hmmm ..=20
not sure I have any such areas left anymore!)

use these 3.6V AA packaged lithiums just like you use the 1.5V lithiums. =
See how long they last. See Link(s)::
