They may not have been smiling on us, but i worked Mexico, Holland, 
Argentina and Seychelles with one watt into a dipole about 10 ft off the 
ground!  I can't wait to see what things are like when the propagation gods 
do smile on us!

Unfortunately, I had to use a non-Elecraft rig to work on 10 metres.  Maybe 
next year....
