or maybe it relates to my measurements on the board with the 16.289mhz
crystal, in which the thing that's supposed to be 90-150v is at 150.1v or
so, and the thing that's supposed to be -5 to -25 is -26 and change, both of
which are derived from that crystal?

is this okay, or should I change out the crystal, or is something else
wrong?
