Olivier:

I am pretty certain that there SHOULD be a 20th pin. If you can find one,
you should be able to insert it and continue. Otherwise, request a
replacement from Elecraft. When it arrives, either replace the entire
connector OR just pull out one pin and plug itinto the empty hole.
