At reasonable keying speeds (under 75 wpm) I doubt that there would be 
an advantage to having a 2 MS rise time rather than 5 ms.  And Wayne has 
said that the problem comes from the shape of the transition as well as 
the absolute value of the rise time.

As far as clicks causing interference at QRP levels, it would only be a 
problem to those for whom your QRP signals were S9 or greater; so if you 
live on a street populated by hams you might want to do it.
