[Elecraft] K2 Serial numbers

Don,

Similar experience with #380.  I had done much of the A-B upgrade 
piecemeal but finally ordered the kit since that was the easiest way to 
finish the job.

Now I am behind again:  Still need to put in new firmware and the latest 
shield for the KPA100 (have them, just have not installed them; maybe 
manana!
