[Elecraft] Elecraft MD-2 mic resistor

Hi Folks,

I am stuck - I am working on a K2 for another ham, and he will be using the
Elecraft handheld mic with it.
I know that mic needs a resistor added, but I cannot locate the value nor
the connection points anywhere in the Elecraft website manuals section.

Would someone please send me the information - I can guess, but I'd rather
not, and I'd like to package this K2 up tonight and get it in the hands of
the owner.
