Rich, you should see a full 100 watts on all bands, so something's not
optimum in the RF path. If any are marginal, it'd be 160 or 10. 

My K2/100 shows the following CW RF output "wide open":

10 meters: 104 watts
15 meters: 109 watts
20 meters: 108 watts
40 meters: 113 watts
80 meters: 108 watts
160 meters:110 watts

I left out the WARC bands to save space, but their performance agrees with
the numbers shown.

Different rigs will vary, but a K2/100 should make a least 100 watts on all
bands. 

So I suspect you have a low transmit RF path gain for some reason for
openers. 

Not seeing one ALC bar flicker until you reach 40 watts on any band really
suggests something is wrong. 

You wrote, "...As I mentioned 80 and 40 are higher. They get a couple bars
at full output. .." 40 (and sometimes 80) are usually the hottest bands,
just as mine shows. 

I won't be able to respond quickly Monday. Got a REALLY full schedule.
Perhaps some of the other guys can offer some help, but my suggestion is to
look into why you aren't getting a full 100 watts out on all bands.
