[Elecraft] K2 #176 (all options, rev B)

I'm now owner of 2 full-featured K2's and need to sell one of them, so I'm
parting with K2 #176.

Although an early serial number, it is a rev B K2 after the A-B conversion.
It includes the following:

    K2 (firmware 2.03d)
    KSB2  (1.07 firmware) (wired for Elecraft MH2)
    K160RX
    KNB2
    KDSP2 (3.0 firmware)
    KAT2
    KIO2
    KBT2

I've added the matched crystals, the temperature-compensated PLL upgrade,
and the grill cloth.  The filters have been adjusted with Spectrogram.  All
works perfectly and it has lived in a clean, smoke-free environment.  You
