[Elecraft] Elecraft Net Report for Dec 7, 2003

Yes, there was a net this evening.  At first I moved off frequency because there was a 
CQ in progress at 2400z.  I tried calling my own CQ ECN on 14051 kHz for 12 minutes 
to no avail.  I moved back to 14050 kHz and called QRL and no one was there.  So I ran 
the net until 0028z and picked up two folks.  There were a number of people at or 
below my noise floor but I could only get a letter here and there.  When I tried a QRZ 
you were gone.  Looking at HFProp and the solar index I was very lucky to get anyone 
at all!  HFProp says I shouldn't be able to use 20 meters.  But so it goes.  There is 
always next week :)
