[Elecraft] OT Need circuit help please

Need a simple circuit if possible.

12VDC when applied to a relay activates it for maybe 1/4 sec and then drops 
out.

Relay should not pull in again until power is removed and again applied.

I was hoping for a RC circuit.

Have extra NC and NO contacts available. 

Coil has a diode across for quenching.

Please reply directly to save bw.
